It's a really great idea to take care of my wife's CRV. 

リアのブレーキパッドとディファレンシャルのオイルを交換しました。
パッドが思いっきり減っててインジケーターが音を出していました。
I changed the rear brake pads and rear differential oil. 
The pads became so thin that they were making a horrible sound. 

最近のってシムからなにから付いてくるからパッドグリースなんていらないらしい。便利だね。
You don't need to put pad grease or anything for newer cars since the pads already come with some sort of rubberized shim. How convinient.
